Our Satisfaction Guarantee is applicable on all software related Services & labor repairs, including Microsft Windows installations, PC TuneUps, virus & malware removal, and other similar Services.
Computer Parts & Labor Warranty:
Baya Computer Repair of Lake City offers various computer hardware warranties. Hardware Services, for example the Laptop DC Power Jack Repair, include a One Year UNLIMITED Parts and Labor Warranty. Laptop battery replacements and laptop AC Power Adapters carry a manufacture warranty usually between 6-months to 3-years. Laptop LED/LCD screen warranty ia between 10-days and 6 months.
Your warranty length depends upon the hardware manufacturer. We'll advise you of the warranty they offer prior us to purchasing your parts or performing any services.
Warranty identifiers (i.e. warranty identification labels and product serial numbers) must remain intact and unaltered.
Accidental damage, or damage caused by abuse, neglect, or misuse will void manufacturer hardware warranties.
Excluded from the Parts & Labor Warranty are Software Services Warranty (above), which are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
